Refreshing Watermelon Mint
Great and refreshing for a party! The whole family will enjoy it!
Serving: About 8


  • 8 cups watermelon about 1/2 of a large, seedless  watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt


  1. Cut the watermelon into 1″ cubes, removing the rind and any seeds.
  2. Rinse and  chop the fresh mint.
  3. Arrange the watermelon on a large platter, and drizzle with lemon. Sprinkle with a little sea salt.
  4. Spear each piece with a toothpick and a fresh mint leaf.
  5.  Chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then serve.
