How To Do More And Stress Less

If you are juggling multiple thing and always feeling 10 steps behind where you want to be there is some good news.

The secret is to simplify your life.  Start with goals that are manageable and meaningful to you.  When you accomplish it, elaborate it.  Every step is a journey.  It all begins with a goal, and taking action on accomplishing that goal.  Whether it is a positive or negative step at least your making a decision and moving forward.

Make a to-do list of the most important things that must be done.  Don’t put 50 things on your list, not everything really matters.  Put your priorities in order and use that as a starting point.  Jot down 3-5 items that you will be able to finish by the end of the day.  That way when you finish those few items, instead of not finishing many items, you have a sense of accomplishment.

Start off by getting your stuff together, when you are disorganized you waste time.  It brings on confusion and that will lead to frustration.  De clutter your house and office by sorting things out.  Get rid of stuff you don’t need or have any use for anymore.  Remember, you don’t have to do it all in one day, because if you do try to it will become overwhelming.  Set aside 15 minutes every day to de clutter your house and/or office.  Some of you may also want to look at de cluttering your cars too.  Putting aside some time every day to maintain an organized life will break the clutter habit.
